🧑‍💻 Core Responsibilities:
Create visually engaging graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website assets, banners, brochures, presentations, ads, packaging, etc.
Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to develop design concepts that align with the brand’s identity.
Ensure all visuals are consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.
Modify and revise designs as per feedback and project needs.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies.

1. Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred but not always mandatory with strong portfolio).
2. Experience:
1–3 years of relevant work experience for junior to mid-level roles.
4–7 years for senior roles or creative leads.
3. Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects, etc.).
Knowledge of tools like Figma, Canva, Sketch, or CorelDRAW (based on the company’s workflow).
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles (optional, but preferred for digital roles).
Familiarity with printing processes and specifications (for print roles).
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
